We want you to enjoy our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please return the product in its original condition within 05 days of receipt for a refund, after this time, we will assume you are satisfied. After the 5 day grace period, any returns will result in a 20% restock fee. Sorry but shipping charges are not refundable, unless of course it was our mistake. We recommend insuring the package.

Merchandise must be returned with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

Damage Policies

If an item you receive is damaged or defective, you can return the item for a replacement. If you are returning the item by mail, please follow the procedures listed:

• The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks. We will send a RA & Call Tag to your email address. Be sure to check your “Spam/Junk” mailbox to ensure that the email was not directed there.
• Once we receive your item back, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
• JPK cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that is incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or condition of your original purchase(s).
• Merchandise must be returned with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.
