
Orders usually ship by UPS ground. Most in stock orders ship from our warehouse in California. You will receive an order confirmation within 48 hours with the shipping date.

Damage Policies
If an item you receive is damaged or defective, you can return the item for a replacement. If you are returning the item by mail, please follow the procedures listed:
- The mail return process can take 2 to 3 weeks. We will send a RA & Call Tag to your email address. Be sure to check your “Spam/Junk” mailbox to ensure that the email was not directed there.
- Once we receive your item back, we will either credit your original method of payment or ship you a replacement item, based on your request.
- JPK cannot replace or provide credit for a returned item that is incongruent with the brand, specifications, item description or condition of your original purchase(s).
- Merchandise must be returned with tickets attached and accompanied by the original invoice.
